REMINDER: Monday’s Appeal Hearing

REMINDER: Important Meeting Tomorrow (Monday, August 10)

Please join PMBC on Monday, August 10 at 9:00 am when the Bellingham City Council will consider PMBC’s appeal to reverse the Hearing Examiner's approval of The Woods at Viewcrest subdivision.‍ ‍

The appeal hearing will be held on the second floor of City Hall, at 210 Lottie Street in downtown Bellingham.

This is likely the only opportunity for Council to see how many members of our community care about protecting Mud Bay, the coastal bluffs, and the surrounding neighborhoods.

If at all possible, please make time on Monday morning to show Council how important this is to you.

Plus, we may be making a little history you won’t want to miss. According to the City Attorney, “it does not appear that any party has appealed a preliminary plat approval to the City Council in approximately 20 years.”
